1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@thebeautyclub.net with a description and photos.

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for items of the same value and are subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at admin@thebeautyclub.net before returning the item.

5. How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside the above conditions.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
